DEMANDE DE LAISSEZ-PASSER (LP)
Une demande manuscrite et timbrée adressée à SEM. L’Ambassadeur;
- Une attestation de perte délivrée par l’autorité de police compétente du pays de résidence du demandeur ;
- Pièces d’identité justifiant la nationalité actuelle du demandeur (photocopies du passeport, de l’acte de naissance et de la carte nationale d’identité) ;
- Deux photos 4×4 (format passeport , fond blanc);
- Adresse postale de retour écrite sur un format A4;
- 75 000 Francs CFA pour les frais du Laissez-Passer (LP).
APPLICATION FOR A TRAVEL DOCUMENT (TC) •
A hand written application bearing fiscal Stamp;
- A lost certificate delivered by the competent police authority of the applicant’s country of residence;
- Identification documents justifying the current nationality of the applicant (photocopies of passport, Birth Certificate and National ID);
- 2 passport size pictures (4×4 white background);
- Return postal address written on a white A4 format;
- 75 000 CFA Francs for the TC fees.
